What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, to reply to you.
- Reviews: the first name, rating and text you submit, plus the date. Your IP address is kept for moderation and abuse prevention.
- Location: when you use a near-me feature, your browser shares your position for that single search. It is used to calculate distances and is not stored.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for security.

How we use it
Only to run the website, answer your messages, moderate reviews, keep the site secure and, if you consent, measure traffic and show advertising. We do not sell personal information.
Third parties
Maps are displayed by Google Maps; when you load a map, Google receives your IP address under its own privacy policy. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google AdSense may be used. Our hosting provider stores data on our behalf.
Storage and security
Messages and reviews are stored on our server, protected against public access, and deleted when no longer needed. Data may be processed outside Australia by the service providers above.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
