AU Bakery is an independent guide to the places where Australians buy bread, pies, pastries, cakes, doughnuts, gelato and sweets. We currently list 5,595 businesses in 291 cities and regions and 2,058 suburbs and towns.
Why we built it
Finding a good bakery that is actually open – in your own suburb, or in a country town on a road trip – should take seconds. Big review platforms bury bakeries among restaurants, and opening hours are often out of date. We built a guide that does one thing well: show the bakeries and sweet shops around you, whether they are open right now in their own time zone, and how to get there.
